What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, credit card, and ceritified check. If paying by cash, please have exact change, as our drivers do not carry cash.

How long are each rental?All bouncy houses are rented for a period of 7 hours. We have options to keep for additional hours or overnight. All tents, tables, and chairs are rented for a period of 24 hours. We can pickup anytime earlier than the full rental period.

What are your delivery fees?We deliver to all the Chicagoland area! All bookings within 20 minutes of Addison, IL have zero delivery fee! Outside of this region, please be aware delivery fees may apply.

When do you set up?Depending on rental size and rental volume for the day, we will arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before the reservation time. We will advise 24 hours before all events to confirm setup time.
